Return Policy

Due to the nature of the products once items are purchased they can not be returned or exchanged. Please fill out the form below if something is broken or damaged.

Shipping Times

I carry a large stock of inventory on hand but sometimes I do run low or out.

When that happens I order from my corporate office and it takes some days for things to get here.

The average shipping from date of purchase is 10-14 business days. Is something is going to take longer than expected look for a text message telling you ETA and alternative options.

Toy Charging

Charging your toy should be done with the cable provided, it is specifically designed for your toy. Do not use a lighting charge block to charge your toys. To properly care for your toy you must use a general charging block with 5V or less. Using a 5V or higher will void your warranty.

Toy Cleaning

All bedroom accessories should be cleaned before and after every use to prevent the transmission of your natural bacteria and to decrease the risk of infection. Cleansing Mist is specially designed cleaner that keeps the material of bedroom accessories as good as new. It is latex- and silicone-compatible. To clean your bedroom accessory, remove the batteries if it requires them. Run the bedroom accessory under warm water and then generously spray with Cleansing Mist. Rinse the toy under warm water. Avoid getting water into the battery compartment of the toy. Pat dry with a clean towel or let the bedroom accessory air-dry before storing.

Toy Storage

Always store your toy with the batteries removed, in an airtight bag or container in a temperature-controlled environment protected from extreme heat or cold. Store each toy separately, because some materials are not compatible and can cause melting or discoloration if stored together. The Toy Tote is lined with Bioshield 75, an EPA-approved ingredient that inhibits the growth of bacteria, yeast and mold during storage. If vibrating bullets are removable, store them separately from their respective toys as well.
